John Croston
John is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer with over 30 years of VP and C-suite experience. His expertise is in fixing what breaks and building what lasts in fine jewelry manufacturing. He has held leadership roles at David Yurman, Scott Kay, and Andin International, overseeing production of millions of units across factories in Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, and the United States. He does not just advise. He gets in, finds the problem, and solves it. His clients come out with leaner operations, stronger supply chains, and better margins.

Joanna Joy Seetoo
Joanna has worked in nearly every corner of the fine jewelry world, from the bench to the boardroom. She is a multi-award-winning designer who has led education programs at GIA and the Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts, directed bridal design and merchandising at Nina, and currently serves as Treasurer and Marketing Director on the MJSA Education Foundation Board of Trustees. She recently co-founded a bespoke fine jewelry studio (House of Joy) and works as a life and career coach and motivational speaker. She brings the creative, the strategic, and the human side of building a jewelry brand, all at once.

Christopher Hoffee
Christopher is a Multi Medium Visual Artist, Musician, Composer, Audio Engineer, and Producer who leads all Brand Identity Architecture engagements for JCS LLC x Joanna Joy Seetoo. As a lifelong artist and musician, Christopher’s work spans fine art photography, graphic design, original music composition, and visual identity systems built from the strategic truth of each brand. He does not follow trends. He builds something that is distinctly yours.
